For our deliveries the following business terms and conditions of sale are exclusively void, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not accept conflicting general business terms, even if we have expressly rejected them.

Prices

As negotiated with sales administration. 

Minimum Orders

Minimum order quantity varies from Product to Product. Please don’t hesitate to ask. We keep it as low as possible.

Payment Terms

We have customized solution for every customer to entertain them as per their demands. We accept all below:

1.  100 Advance.
2. 30% Advance, 70% before despatch.
3. L\\C on sight.
4. L\\C 30 Days, 90 Days, 120 Days etc.

As stated above that we offer customized solution to every customer so please get back to you whenever you want.

Freight and Shipping

Freight and Shipping Charges will be added unless otherwise stated.

Claims

Every effort will be made to pack your order with great care and as per your specifications. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly for any loss or damage immediately on receipt and file claim with the forwarding agent. Concealed loss or damage must be reported within 3 days upon receipt.

Returns

No returns are accepted without prior notices. Please Email / Call our customer service in case of any issue. We reserve the right to examine Goods before returns. Special order products or goods sold on a non-return basis may not be returned. Obviously we know this will be the best time to be your helping hand and we never leave our customer alone in such conditions.
